When lodging a claim, please include the invoice or order number and supporting photos where applicable so we can assess the issue promptly.
Where a claim is verified, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement product, issue a credit, or offer an alternative remedy.
Products should not be opened, used, or altered, unless the claim specifically relates to product performance. GuardIT Solutions reserves the right to inspect goods and request samples before approving any claim.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded or limited.
